- What you need to do immediately and in the longer term to ensure you are protecting your organization
- Why the SolarWinds cyber incident isn’t yet over
SolarWinds is an IT management software company based in Austin, Texas, which sells Orion software that provides monitoring and management of an organization’s computer networks. In the recent attacks, hackers inserted malicious code into Orion software and around 18,000 SolarWinds customers, including government and corporate entities, installed the tainted update onto their systems. The compromised update has had a sweeping impact, the scale of which keeps growing as new information emerges, the company said.
Registration for the event is free of charge. For more information, including how to register, please click here.
Unlike many other cybersecurity companies, neither Cyemptive nor its clients were compromised by the SolarWinds cyber incident. Cyemptive takes a completely different approach to cybersecurity, by taking a preemptive approach that identifies and eliminates attacks before they ever enter a system and thus preventing compromises.
