Rob Pike
CEO AND FOUNDER
Rob founded Cyemptive, originally EnZoo, in February 2014. Before starting Cyemptive, Rob founded a storage solutions startup. Rob served the Chief Strategy Officer at Hitachi Data Systems in Japan from 2009 to 2012, where he invented Hitachi’s cloud platform UCP.
Rob held various positions at Microsoft from 2005 to 2009, most recently as a Virtualization Architect, where he invented an internal cloud solution. Rob has multiple patents in servers, storage, networking, monitoring, security and management.

Jim DuBois
Chief Strategy Officer
Jim is the Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Cyemptive. Jim came to Cyemptive from Microsoft where he held many roles over an almost 25 year career, including Chief Information Security Officer, and leading several global infrastructure and application teams. From May 2013 to September 2017, Jim served as Microsoft’s Chief Information Officer driving the digital transformation for Satya Nadella.
Jim is a tech leader with a modern view of IT innovation and transformation. Since retiring from Microsoft he also wrote a book and is a popular speaker on the lessons he learned at Microsoft including technical strategy, cyber security, cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

Gary Zelanko
Chief Information Security Officer
Gary brings over 35 years of experience in innovative computer designs and architectures. Gary retired from the National Security Agency (NSA) in 2006 as a senior technical executive. While at NSA, Mr. Zelanko managed, developed and built dozens of systems, to include Information Assurance Systems, Knowledge Systems, and the Enterprise Knowledge System, and Big Data Analytics and Extreme-Scale Data Analytics systems.
Gary held various positions at the ViON Corporation working on Large In-Memory Analytical Systems and Big Data Analytics. Zelanko was involved with the developments in Knowledge System Designs, Ontology’s, and Cyber Intelligence.
Gary joined Cyemptive in 2018 as the Chief Information Security Officer and has assisted in the product development of Cyemptive’ s Cyberslice and Ransomware technologies.

Theresa Farris
Sr. Vice President – Productization
Theresa brings 20+ years of technical Customer Support and Service Delivery experience from working in an Infrastructure Technology Group. She began her tenure creating and overseeing the operations of the International and Domestic Telecommunications Group. As the world flattened and technology advanced, she moved to Service and Support and later the Worldwide Account Management group. There she honed her focus on the Customer’s Experience and Services Deployments. She received numerous awards from her customers and business partners.

Lynn McLean
Sr. Vice President of Sales
In her role with Cyemptive, Lynn is responsible for continuing to drive revenue growth and leading direct and indirect sales globally for the company. Lynn has more than 35 years of experience in high technology sectors as an experienced international sales leader in digital transformation, big data, cloud services, enterprise data center and additive manufacturing solutions, managing large teams of both direct and partner sales.
Lynn most recently led the Americas Go-To-Market sales team at 3D Systems with accountability to drive revenue, profitability, and market penetration for their 3D Printer Solutions and On Demand parts manufacturing.
Previously, Lynn was with Hitachi Vantara where she was highly successful leading sales with Strategic Global System Integrators (GSIs) driving significant revenue growth for Hitachi’s Emerging Solutions, including solutions created by Cyemptive founder, Rob Pike.
Prior to joining Hitachi, Lynn served in a variety of executive roles in high tech sales at Hewlett Packard and applications development management at Delta Dental and as an officer in the US Navy.

Stewart MacLeod
Chief Technology Officer
Stewart brings 30 years of innovative commercial software development experience to Cyemptive. Prior to joining Cyemptive, he was a 20-year veteran of Microsoft. There he introduced 8 new products and technologies that generated $5 Billion in revenue and was awarded 38 patents. His visionary technology has been used by more than 100 million customers worldwide.
He held many leadership positions including Group Program Manager SQL Server Development, Architect of Windows Server Distributed System, Director of Program Management for the Windows Management Division, and Director of Robotics R&D for Microsoft Research.

Rod Bray
Sr. Director, IT Services
Rod has been using technology to solve business challenges for more than 30 years, including over 25 years with Microsoft information Technology Group. Rod has both strategic vision and proven expertise in execution. He has a track record of leading large teams using an agile and iterative approach to optimize resourcing and deliver on time and within budget. During his career, he has cultivated an excellent reputation as a cross-team collaborator and is known for his aptitude in solving business problems through a mix of process improvements and technological innovations.

Adrian Santangelo
Chief Security Forensics Officer
Adrian has over two decades of computer forensic and IT experience. At Interpreting Technology, Adrian worked to strengthen his expertise in not only computer forensics, but also compliance solutions, customer service, and network security. His career began with deep roots in information and network security while consulting for various businesses and entities ranging from public to private sector, including small family operations to municipalities, financial institutions, manufacturing and international corporations, and various government agencies. His forensic experience is based on both public and private sectors, from private digital forensic services, OSINT, expert witness testimony, and law enforcement, including being a sworn Deputy Sheriff for Digital forensics in 2012.
Adrian is a graduate of the University of Iowa (Physics, B.A.) and has since achieved a number of certifications including A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, CEH, CISSP, CFCE, and CHFI. Through all this, he has remained passionate about technology and its ability to help others. At Cyemptive, Adrian leads the charge on computer forensics and provides his deep insight and knowledge to further progress Cyemptive’s disruptive, ground-breaking technology.

Gerges Hana
Chief Compliance Officer
Over the last decade Gerges has focused on leading compliance, cybersecurity, operations, and people across a vast array of markets. They understand the unique struggles compliance presents to businesses, technical teams, and threat actors alike and have the responsibility of simplifying and automating compliance across all of Cyemptive’s products, policies and services.
Previously Gerges was the Chief Operations & Compliance Officer for Interpreting Technology. Working together with a talented team of individuals they reimagined many internal processes, procedures, and products to increase moral, efficiency, revenue, and retention. In addition, they provided daily support with compliance, security, and technology to thousands of businesses across Whatcom and Skagit county.
Prior to joining the team at Interpreting Technology, Gerges served as the lead network and systems administrator for Faithlife where they oversaw hundreds of systems, users, and servers to ensure reliability of business operations.
